Thanos Hotels & Resorts are currently seeking to recruit a Pastry Chef De Partie for Anassa Hotel. Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure that culinary standards in all outlets of the Food and Beverage department are met at all times as determined by the F&B standards and policies of Thanos Hotels
- Ensure that the hotel maintains the best possible reputation for its culinary products
- Maintain the recipe library and plate specifications
