Job Responsibilities:
Ensures that standards of service are met at all times, as determined by the Food and Beverage Standards as well as the Resort’s Policies.
Ensures that service staff are knowledgeable on both food and beverage menus.
Ensures perfect environment/communication between culinary and service staff.
Ensures staff understand expectations
